“Creating New Business Opportunities #TheDaisyWay”
Daisy launches Sales Telethon!
It has been an successful quarter thus far, as activity continues to increase throughout the Daisy Group, with the launch of the Daisy Sales Telethon.
Over the past 4 weeks, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9-11 am, the Daisy sales teams have been running Blitz Telethon sessions, in an effort to increase their pipeline and sales opportunities.
The telethons have run nationally throughout the Johannesburg, Pretoria, Western Cape and Durban offices.
With an objective to assist sales reps, the telethon is aimed at creating new business opportunities, building an even bigger 2020 pipeline as well as focusing on age analysis; this has also rewarded Daisy Sales Reps the opportunity to put more money into their back pocket.
“To motivate the sales reps, I walk around the office during the telethon looking for whoever can book an appointment first! This has built their competitive skills as well as helps motivate others to do well too” says Mandy, KZN.
“We are making use of our Daisy Spin-the-Wheel. We are randomly selecting appointment numbers and those who get that appointment number will be entitled to a spin on the wheel.” says Mike Stopford, JHB.
Furthermore the telethon has increased the employee’s positivism as well as created more opportunity for further growth through sales.
Coenie Boonzaair, CPT also commented that, “Ever since last month the team’s contribution levels have increased. The office spirit is more positive and energetic. The team spirit has also improved as this activity has brought everyone together”.
With so many up and coming sales activities in store between now and the end of the year, this is an fantastic opportunity for each office to raise the bar.
“The internal competitions adds to the competitive spirit of the sales teams and is a great foundation for the upcoming Settlers VS Voortrekker challenge.” says Derick Reddley, PTA
