About the Role

Daisy Business Solutions is growing its business development team in Potchefstroom, and we're looking for a driven, competitive Business Generator to help us build it. You'll be the first voice a prospective client hears from Daisy - dialling in, opening doors, and turning conversations into qualified opportunities for our sales team.

This is a high-energy, high-reward role for someone who is hungry to earn, quick to bounce back from rejection, and genuinely competitive. You bring the drive and the voice; we provide the product training, coaching, and a clear path into full sales roles for those who perform. Multiple positions available.

What You’ll Do

Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients across target markets.

Identify and engage decision-makers, qualify leads, and build a pipeline of interested prospects.

Schedule and hand off appointments and product demos to the sales team seamlessly.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all outreach, conversations and outcomes in the CRM.

Follow up consistently with leads to maintain momentum and cadence.

Collaborate with sales and marketing to sharpen outreach messaging and strategy.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing or lead generation (1+ years preferred).

Track record of meeting or exceeding activity and sales targets. B2B sales environment experience is advantageous.

Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills; confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections professionally.

Resilient and persistent - bounces back quickly from rejection - with a genuine competitive drive.

Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools.

Grade 12 / Matric essential. A sales, marketing or business qualification is advantageous.

Success in Your First 6 Months

You are consistently meeting or exceeding weekly activity targets, with the CRM mastered and accurate records of every outreach and outcome. A reliable, growing pipeline is contributing to closed deals, and the sales team is actively requesting your leads because of their quality and accuracy.
