What We’re Looking For:

• 7 to 10 years in B2B sales, with 3 to 5 years in a sales leadership or management role.
• Proven track record in Office Automation, Managed Print Services, IT, or Telecoms.
• Strong coaching ability with a passion for developing talent and building pipeline discipline.
• Solid commercial acumen (margins, GP, structured rental, and service agreements).
• Matric minimum (tertiary qualification is a plus), own reliable vehicle, and valid driver's licence.
