Job Description: 

  • Log connectivity service calls
  • Identifying correct fault diagnosis 
  • Process applications on behalf service providers 
  • Update connectivity applications and relevant spreadsheets 
  • Coordinate technicians
  • Update connectivity call out sheet 
  • Arrange stock for connectivity   
  • Conducting feasibility analysis with service providers 
  • Submitting porting/migration to service providers
  • Processing quotations and invoices  
  • Provide regular feedback to relevant parties i.e. clients, suppliers and internal staff
  • Accurately load all information on the BPO system
  • Ensure timeous handling of all customer queries 
  • Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time


Work Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Customer Service Controller /Agent 
  • Must have general connectivity-related experience 
  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Strong in Microsoft word & excel 
  • Industry experience preferable 
  • Excellent customer service experience 
  • Telephone and email etiquette 
  • Timeous handing of administrative duties & completion of work 
  • Must be able to handle stress within a highly pressurized environment 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Excellent communication skills
