Job Description:
- Log connectivity service calls
- Identifying correct fault diagnosis
- Process applications on behalf service providers
- Update connectivity applications and relevant spreadsheets
- Coordinate technicians
- Update connectivity call out sheet
- Arrange stock for connectivity
- Conducting feasibility analysis with service providers
- Submitting porting/migration to service providers
- Processing quotations and invoices
- Provide regular feedback to relevant parties i.e. clients, suppliers and internal staff
- Accurately load all information on the BPO system
- Ensure timeous handling of all customer queries
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
Work Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Customer Service Controller /Agent
- Must have general connectivity-related experience
- Grade 12 qualification
- Strong in Microsoft word & excel
- Industry experience preferable
- Excellent customer service experience
- Telephone and email etiquette
- Timeous handing of administrative duties & completion of work
- Must be able to handle stress within a highly pressurized environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
